Scarlet Letter Advent Calendar - Day 18

Day 18 - Elizabeth Inman

A charming A & E sampler which is recommended for any skill level. Primarily cross over one with counted satin stitch. On 30 count it will measure approx. 14.25 x 16". So much appeals.

Would you like this on your sampler wall?

I would love to do enough A&E samplers to do a whole wall. This one is beautiful!

I think this would hang very nicely alongside Ann Medd when she is finished.

A&E samplers are definitely a favorite. I would maybe just stitch the center part...not all that fond of stitching words...but that could change...

Yes, I would love this on my wall! The motifs are great and I have a weakness for Adam and Eve samplers.

Who wouldn't want this on their wall?! I also think something like this one and others with the stitcher's age are nice to encourage young people to stitch.

superbe... sublime... magnifique !
mon dictionnaire manque de superlatifs
si j'avais l'occasion de la broder à mon tour ce serait sans doute mon ouvrage de l'année 2014
excellentes fêtes de fin d'année à toutes les brodeuses
