Picture This - Giveaway

Can you guess the name of the sampler from these two photos.

Some trivia about Nicola - I loved this film as a child, still do and it is guaranteed to make me cry. I always wanted a horse and every Christmas I asked Santa for a pony.

Each year W H Smith ran a competition with a pony as a prize, I entered without fail, agonized and prayed but was never lucky. I spent all my pocket money on horse riding lessons and used to muck out at the local riding school. When I was 14 my parents agreed I could have a pony and I named her Birthday Wish.

This actress played Velvet Brown who won The Pie.

Now this photo may be a little harder if you live outside the UK. The actor played Mr Humphries in a classic British sitcom Are You Being Served. I can still hear my Nana laughing at this comedy and the catch phrase from the  show "I'm Free" was a family joke.

If you know the name of the sampler EMAIL YOUR ANSWER TO ME nicola.parkman@gmail.com and I will draw a name on the 15th March. Winner will receive a copy of the chart that has very generously been sponsored by Marsha.

You are welcome to leave a comment but not the answer.

I have no idea what the answer is - lol! but I love, love, loved the film, and horses :) I haven't ridden for about 10 years and I miss it.

I liked the movie too, but was right there with you Nicola, in the equine desires category. But, I wanted a horse, not a pony. I can remember when I saw my first one. I was about three and a half and it was in a circus that was at the high school stadium. There's something about girls and horses - my granddaughter is crazy for them now.

Yay I did it! Used to love Are you being served, I was too young to get the jokes about Mrs Slocombe's cat though.

I also wanted a pony and dd manage to go pony trekking in Wales with the school. My horse was called Biscuit, not because it was biscuit coloured but that's what it ate, it was barrel shaped!

Wonderfully tricky question but I think that I have the answer. We used to watch that here in OZ as most of the BBC shows were shown on our ABC.

Thanks for the fun!
