And the winners are ............

What a busy morning there has been drawing four winners for the monthly draw, bonus giveaway and small fun competition on guess the sampler.

(Yes, we are having pop up giveaways and fun competitions throughout the year so to be included you need to keep up to date with the posts and make sure you are following both blogs so you don't miss out).

The names have been drawn by James my framer this morning. He is seen here working on Dona Dorothea for me.

The first name drawn for a Scarlet Letter Chart of their choice and full yard of linen from Scarlet Letter's wonderful selection is

CARMEN SUTTON

The second name drawn for the chart of Jane Atkinson sponsored by Elaine of emilyscupboard is

EVALINA MARIA

The next draw was for the bonus giveaway of a piece of Zweigart 35 Ct Floba Superfine Raw 39" x 55" is

ROWYN

Finally there was the "can you guess" fun competition for a small surprise. The sampler being stitched was Jane Atkinson  the name drawn for all those who got it right is

LANIE

Congratulations and a big thank you to everyone who is participating each month.

Please could the winners email me their snail mail and Carmen the chart and linen selected.

The next draw will take place on February 15th. There are two prizes in the draw.

February is my birth month and I wanted this prize to be one that is special to me. Pride of place next to my sewing chair sits my spool caddy.

Hyers Wood Spool Caddy

Richard stopped taking orders for his custom made sewing furniture in September but has very kindly agreed to make another one for me with a scarlet cushion (of course!).

Ann at Beadlework has very generously donated to the monthly prizes a brand new Emma Miles chart and a gorgeous Impie, Hattie and Bea work book with a few surprises inside. Ann's birthday is February so the second name drawn this month will win these fantastic goodies.

Gosh what a surprise I was so excited just to see who won I about fell off my seat when my name appeared! I have to say that I don't think that I have stitched so fast and on the same item since the begining of this stitch along. Thanks Nicola for the wonderful idea and thanks to all the participants I just love to check in on what everyone is doing each day! I can hardly do my job for thinking of when I will get to stitch next. Nicola I will send my info, but I need a day or so to pick the perfect chart.

Congrats to all the winners on their wonderful prizes, and a special thank you to Nicola for all her hard work, encouragement, and inspiration.

Perhaps we're all winners for what we have accomplished thus far.

Wow, totally stunned to see I won a prize (and a huge one too - I should get a couple of samplers out of that size of fabric!).

Thank you so much Nicola for all the hard work and generosity that has gone into the blog.

I'm away to send you an email now.
