A Start on Ann Grimshaw

Hello everyone!  As anticipated, I finally got a start on Ann Grimshaw bright and early on New Year's Day.  Here's how she's looking as of this afternoon with one half medallion done and another underway.

I'm working Ann on 36 count flax linen with Silk 'n Colors Finegan's Fog.  Love the shifting shades in the silk and how nicely it sits on the color of the linen.  Play-off football will be starting soon, so I'm off to snuggle in for some further work on her....

How beautiful. You have chosen your linen and thread so well. It really makes her look quite different and all your own.
