Hello, everyone,
I am Melinda from Merry Wind Farm in Ohio, and I am looking forward to this challenge and to meeting many new friends and reading new blogs!  For my first sampler, I have chosen an oldie, Scarlet Letter's Christmas Sampler from 1991.  They no longer carry it.  I have always wanted to do this, but somehow something else always gets in the way.  I plan on starting this week some time.

Hugs,
Melinda

What a shame that it is discontinued. I am pleased that you have chosen her to stitch as I may never have got to see her otherwise.

I am particularly attracted to samplers with blues, aquamarines, turquoises and reds.

I tried to read the introduction information but could not make it out. Could you tell me a little about her.

I love this, the colours are so strong and it reminds me a little of the bottom panel in the Ann Medd.

Melinda, Just want to ask that when you have finished this if you would consider a pattern swap? I absolutely love this and as I was born at Christmas, -2 days it would be perfect to stitch for my big 5-0 next year.
